| Chocoate Cake Mix | 1 Can Coconut Pecan Frosting |
Mix chocolate cake mix according to directions on the box. Dump a can of coconut pecn frosting in a large servin bowl. Spread it on the bottom and about half-way up the sides. Pour cake batter on top of icing in bowl. Place a plate on top (you will want to grease the bottom of the plate). Place in microwave for about 14 minutes. Remove the plate and let cool for approx. 10 minutes. Place a serving platter on top of the bowl and invert.
