(Serve with mozzarella loaf)
1-2 pounds ground beef
½ chopped onion
2 (10.5 ounce) cans beef consommé’
2 cups water
1 (12-ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 TBSP Garlic Salt

1 (11-ounce) can corn
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 TBSP taco seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef and onion. In a large saucepan combine all ingredients except cheese. Cook uncovered until vegetables are tender. Add grated cheese to individual servings. Makes about 6 servings.
