| 2 C Margarine or Butter | 3 C Flour |
| 2 C Brown Sugar | 2 tsp. Salt |
| 1 C Sugar | 2 tsp. Baking Soda |
| 4 Eggs | 6 C Oatmeal |
| 2 tsp. Vanilla | 2 C Chcocolate Chips |
Melt the butter; add the sugars and cream together. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Shape the dough into 6 long rolls. Wrap each roll in aluminum foil. Freeze. Cut the roll into 1/2 inch slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. You can bake half the batch, and then freeze the rest.
