Cooking Spray
1 lb fresh or thawed frozen bread dough

¼ Cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven to 450. Coat large baking sheet with cooking spray. Break dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball. Place the balls on the prepared sheet, coat with cooking spray, and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake until puffed up and golden brown, about 8 minutes.
