Sausage Egg Muffins

Sausage Egg Muffins
10 Eggs 1/2 lb Cooked Ground Sausage
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion 1/2 Bell Pepper (Chopped)
3 Handfuls of Spinach Garlic Powder

  Beat 10 eggs well, add 1/4 cup chopped onion, 3 handfuls of spinach, ground sausage, 1/2 a bell pepper (chopped), garlic powder and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Divide egg mixture evenly in a lightly-greased muffin tin, and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 F. Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
