Southwest Scrambled Eggs

Southwest Scrambled Eggs
1 4oz Can Green Chiles Salsa
6 Eggs Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded Flour Tortillas

Drain chiles, save juice. Beat eggs with the juice from the chiles, add salt and pepper to taste. Spray a 9×9 pan. Layer 1/4 cup cheese, green chiles, 1/4 cup cheese. Pour eggs over the top. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes or until eggs are set. Serve with salsa, sour cream and tortillas.
