| 3 C Finely Shredded, Unsweetened Coconut | 1 tsp. Vanilla Powder or(2 tsp Vanilla Extract) |
| 1 1/2 C Almond Flour | 1/2 tsp Sea Salt |
| 1 C Pure Maple Syrup | 3 Tbsp Poppy or Chia Seed |
| 1/3 C Softened Coconut Oil |
Still all ingredients until well combinded. Roll into balls and place on a pan.
Chocolate Sauce
| 3/4 C Coconut Oil | 1/4 C Pure Maple Syrup |
| 4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder | 1 tsp Vanilla Powder or(2 tsp Vanilla Extract) |
Stir ingredients together until smooth and drizzle over almond joy balls. Top with almond and a little shredded coconut, freeze until set.
