|2 Cups Cooked White Rice||1/8 tsp Salt|
|2 Cups Milk||1 tsp Vanilla|
|3 Tbsp + 1 tsp Sugar||Nutmeg and Cinnamon|
In a large saucepan, combine rice, milk, sugar and salt. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat for 20 minutes or until thickened, stirring often. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla. Spoon into serving dishes. Serve warm; sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon if desired.
