| 1 Quart (or 1 can) Pie Filling | 1/2 Cup Sugar |
| 8 Flour Tortillas | 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar |
| 1 tsp Nutmeg | 1/2 Cup Water |
| 1/2 Cup Butter |
Spoon pie filing evenly down the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with nutmeg (or cinnamon). Roll up tightly and place in a baking dish.
In a medium sauce pan combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and water. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Pour over enchiladas.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until tortillas are golden brown. Serve with Ice Cream!
