|4 ripe Avocados, peeled, diced||1 tsp. Salt|
|1 1/2 c. Whipping Cream||1/4 c. Apple Juice|
|2 (14oz.) cans Chicken Broth|
In blender, cream half avocados and half cream. Repeat with remaining avocados and cream. Bring chicken broth to a boil, reduce heat and stir in avocado puree. Add salt and apple juice and chill thoroughly.
To serve, place in individual bowls and sprinkle a little paprika on top.
