Baby Back Ribs

3lb. Baby backribs, trimmed 1/2 Onion, sliced
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste 1 clove Garlic, minced
1/2 c. Water 1(18oz.) bottle Barbeque Sauce

Season ribs with salt and pepper. Pour water into slow cooker. Layer the ribs, and top with onion and garlic. Cook on high for 4 hours. (Or on low for 8 hours.) Preheat oven to 375.

Transfer ribs into a baking sheet. Remove onions and garlic and top with barbeque sauce. Bake in preheated oven until sauce caramelizes and sticks to the meat, 10-15 minutes.
