Beef Enchiladas

(Serve with Corn Chips and Guacamole)

2 c Tomato Sauce
3 c Water
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Onion Powder
3 tsp Chili Powder
4 tbsp Corn Starch
2 lb ground beef
1 can of refried beans
1 green onion chopped
12 tortillas
Mild cheddar cheese
½ head of lettuce thinly sliced
2-3 tomatoes chopped
Cook ingredients for sauce and set aside. Brown beef, add refried beans. Spread ¼ C of sauce on bottom of pan. Roll up individual tortilla with beef, cheese, green onion, and sauce in pan. When pan is full spread remaining sauce over, sprinkle cheese and some green onion on the top. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese on top is melted. Serve with chips, guacamole, Sour cream, and shredded lettuce.
