(Serve with Sauted mushrooms and green beans)
2 Tbsp Butter | 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder |
4 Pork Chops | 1 Cup Whipping Cream |
1/2 tsp Black Pepper | 2oz Crumbled Blue Cheese |
Melt butter in a large skillet. Season pork chops with black pepper and garlic powder, cook in butter (turning occassionally) until no longer pink. Remove pork chops to a plate and cover to keep warm. Add whipping cream to skillet, loosen any bits of meat stuck to the bottom. Add blue cheese and cook until thickened. Serve over warm pork chops.
