|1 Loaf Garlic Bread||1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley, chopped|
|1 Large onion, sliced||2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar|
|2 boneless New York Strip Steaks||1/4 Cup Blue Cheese|
|1 TBSP Lemon Garlic Seasoning|
Prepare garlic bread as directed. Season steaks with lemon garlic seasoning, cook in grill pan until desired doneness. Remove from pan, tent with foil to keep warm. Cook onions, parsley and vinegar in grill pan until onions are caramelized. Slice steak into 1/2 inch pieces. Make sandwiches with steak and onion mixture. Sprinkle with blue cheese. Serve with fresh veggies and potato chips.
