(serve in bread bowls)
2 Cups Potatoes, chopped | 3 1/2 Cups Water |
2 Cups Carrots, sliced | 4 Chicken Bouillon Cubes |
1/2 Cup Celery, chopped | 2 Cups Milk |
1/2 Cup Onion, chopped | 1/2 Cup Flour |
1-2 Cups Broccoli, chopped | 1/3 Cup Butter |
1-2 Cups Cauliflower, chopped | 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded |
Add all veggies to water. Heat to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in a saucepan combine milk and flour until smooth. Add butter and bring to a slow boil. Remove from heat and add cheese. Add sauce to vegetables and stir well. (Puree in a blender if desired)
