(Serve with Basil Cucumber Salad)
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Soup can of Milk
3/4 Cup Instant Rice

1 Envelope Onion Soup Mix
1 4 oz. Can of Mushrooms
2 Chicken Breasts, halved

Mix the mushroom soup and milk. Reserve half of the mixture. Mix the remaining mixture with the rice, mushrooms and liquid, and add 1/2 of the onion soup mix. Pour into ungreased baking dish(9 x 11). Place chicken breasts on top. Pour reserved mixture over chicken breasts and sprinkle with the remaining onion soup mix. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 1 hour at 355 degrees. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
