Chicken Cordon Bleu

Chicken Cordon Bleu

(Serve with a green salad and mashed potatoes)

4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts Kosher Salt
1/2 lb Deli Sliced Ham Creamy Dijon Mustard Sauce
1/4 lb Deli Sliced Swiss Cheese

Pound chicken until it is about 1/2 inch thick. Top each piece with one tablespoon of dijon mustard sauce, a few slices of ham and a slice of cheese. Sprinkle with salt and roll, securing with a toothpick. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

 

Creamy Dijon Mustard Sauce

1/2 Cup Mayonnaise 4 Tsp Dijon Mustard (more if you prefer)
1/2 Cup Sour Cream 3 Tbsp Green onion, finely chopped

Mix together all ingredients. Great as a dipping sauce for veggies, chicken strips, and as a dressing on salad.
