4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts | Kosher Salt |
1/2 lb Deli Sliced Ham | Creamy Dijon Mustard Sauce |
1/4 lb Deli Sliced Swiss Cheese |
Pound chicken until it is about 1/2 inch thick. Top each piece with one tablespoon of dijon mustard sauce, a few slices of ham and a slice of cheese. Sprinkle with salt and roll, securing with a toothpick. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Creamy Dijon Mustard Sauce
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise | 4 Tsp Dijon Mustard (more if you prefer) |
1/2 Cup Sour Cream | 3 Tbsp Green onion, finely chopped |
Mix together all ingredients. Great as a dipping sauce for veggies, chicken strips, and as a dressing on salad.
