(Serve with Broiled Tomatoes and Sweet Peppers)
4 oz Cream Cheese | 1 tsp Garlic Powder |
2 Cups Shredded Chicken | 1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt |
3 Green Onions, diced | 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese |
Crescent rolls (or homemade roll dough) |
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl to create the stuffing.
Roll out dough and spread evenly with chicken mixture. (if using homemade dough cut dough into triangles like a pizza) Roll dough triangles up tightly starting with the large end first. Place in a baking dish and bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
Sauce
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup | 1/2 Cup Milk |
3/4 Cup Sour Cream | 1/2 Cup Cheese |
Mix soup, sour cream and milk until smooth. After 15 minutes of cooking, remove chicken roll-ups from the oven and cover with sauce (you will most likely have left over sauce, avoid using too much). Top with shredded cheese and continue cooking until dough is cooked through and cheese is melted.
To freeze: Bake roll-ups for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Place in a zip top bag and freeze. To serve, thaw roll-ups, top with sauce and cheese and heat until warm.
