1/4 Lb Orzo Pasta, cooked | 1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes (or diced tomatoes) |
1/4 lb Shrimp, cooked | Italian Dressing |
1/2 Cup Feta Cheese | Salt |
1/2 Cup Cucumber, chopped | Pepper |
Combine cooked orzo, shrimp, feta, cucumbers and tomatoes. Drizzle italian dressing and toss to coat. Season with Salt and Pepper.
Serve warm or cold.
