1 head of Lettuce, torn | 1/2 c. Sliced Almonds |
1 bunch Green Onion, chopped | 2 cans Mandarin Oranges, drained |
Dressing:
6 Tbs. Vinegar | 1 tsp. Salt |
1/2 c. Oil | 1/2 tsp. Pepper |
4 Tbs. Sugar | 2-3 Tbs. Sesame Seeds |
Fry wonton wrappers (instructions here). Build a salad with lettuce, green onions, oranges, almonds, chicken, and fried wontons. Top with sesame seed dressing.
