3 Cans Corn, drained

1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, grated

¼ Cup Red Pepper, diced

1 ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
|
¼ Cup Green Pepper, diced
|
1 (9 ¼ oz) Chili Cheese Fritos
|
¼ Cup Red Onion, diced
|
Combine corn, peppers, onion, cheese, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve. Just before serving, mix in Fritos, saving about a handful to sprinkle on top.
