| 1/4 c. cooking oil | 2 cloves garlic minced |
| 1 onion minced | 1 c. boiled chicken breast |
| 1 small cabbage shredded | 2 packs carrot strips |
| 2 c. chicken broth | 2 stalks celery sliced |
| 1 tsp salt | 2 T. soy sauce |
| 8 oz. noodles |
Saute garlic in cooking oil. Add onion, chicken, carrots, cabbage, and celery. Season with soy sauce and fry for 5 min. Add chicken broth and simmer. When Vegetables are cooked mix in soaked and drained noodles with salt and soy sauce.
