1/2 c Chopped Onion | 1 Tbs. Oil |
1/2 bunch Cilantro | 1 1/2 c Rice* |
3 c Chicken Broth (or water with Chicken Bouillon cubes) | 1/4 c Sugar |
Lime Juice |
Saute the onion and oil in a pan, then add cilantro, rice, chicken broth, and sugar. Cook according to the length of time on the rice package. Squeeze lime juice over everything before serving.
*If you use Minute Rice, the ration is 1-1, so use 3 cups of Minute Rice
