|1/4 c. cooking oil||2 cloves garlic minced|
|1 onion minced||1 c. boiled chicken breast|
|1 small cabbage shredded||2 packs carrot strips|
|2 c. chicken broth||2 stalks celery sliced|
|1 tsp salt||2 T. soy sauce|
|8 oz. noodles|
Saute garlic in cooking oil. Add onion, chicken, carrots, cabbage, and celery. Season with soy sauce and fry for 5 min. Add chicken broth and simmer. When Vegetables are cooked mix in soaked and drained noodles with salt and soy sauce.
