Coconut French Toast

2 Slices Bread 1 Splash of Vanilla
1 Egg 4 Tbsp Shredded Coconut
2 tbsp Milk 1 tsp Cinnamon

In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Once all combined, soak both sides of the bread in mixture and coat one side with shredded coconut. Lay the coconut side down on a skillet and the top the side facing up with coconut as well. Repeat with second slice of bread as well. Serve with you choice of toppings and enjoy!
