|1lb Ground beef||1/4 tsp Pepper|
|1/4 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Flour
|1 Cup Milk|
|1/2 Tsp Salt||Noodles, rice, or bread|
Cook beef in skillet until brown. Drain off excess fat. In a small sauce pan melt butter over low heat. Blend flour into the melted butter and add salt and pepper. Cook over low heat and stir for 4 to 5 minutes. Slowly add in milk, stirring constantly. Add sauce to ground beef. Simmer until thickened. Serve over noodles, rice or bread.
