|3-4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts||1 1/2 Cups Water|
|1 Cup Baby Carrots||1 Box Uncle Ben’s Wild Rice|
|2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup|
Combine cream of Mushroom soup, water and rice in a small bowl. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker. Add carrots to slow cooker and cover with soup mixture. Cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
