2 Avocados, diced | 4 Salmon Steaks |
2 tsp Minced Garlic | 2 tsp Dill Weed |
3 Tbsp Greek Yogurt | 2 tsp Lemon Pepper |
1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice | Salt and Pepper to Taste |
Preheat outdoor grill to High.
In a medium bowl mash together avocados, garlic, yogurt, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Rub salmon with dill, lemon pepper, and salt. Cook on prepared grill until flaky, turning once. Serve with avocado mixture.
