(A classic in my house growing up)
Flour Tortillas | 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro |
2 Cup Shredded Cheese | 1/2 Tbsp Chili Powder |
1 Cup Shredded Chicken | 1 tsp Garlic Salt |
1 Cup Rice, cooked | 1 tsp Cumin |
1 Can Black Beans | 3 Tbsp Lime Juice |
2-3 TBSP Onion, Chopped | Sour Cream (optional) |
1 4oz Can Green Chilies | Salsa (optional) |
In a medium bowl combine cheese, chicken, rice, beans, onion, green chilies, cilantro, lime juice and spices. Place chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla and wrap tightly. Heat a griddle or panini grill. Spray all sides of rolled tortilla with cooking spray and cook on griddle until golden brown. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
