Crock Pot Meatballs

(serve on Hogie Buns with Provolone Cheese)

1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef 1 Egg, beaten
1 1/4 Cups Italian Bread Crumbs 1 28oz Jar Spaghetti Sauce (or 1 qt)
1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley, chopped 1 16oz Can Diced Tomatos
2 tsp Minced Garlic 1 6oz Can Tomato Paste
1 Small Onion, chopped

In a mixing bowl combine beef, bread crumbs. parsley, garlic, onion, and egg. Shape the mixture into 1 1/2inch meatballs.

IN a slow cooker mix the spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, and tomato Paste. Place meatballs in the sauce mixture and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Serve with pasta or on hogies for a delicious meatball sandwich!
