(serve on Hogie Buns with Provolone Cheese)
| 1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef | 1 Egg, beaten |
| 1 1/4 Cups Italian Bread Crumbs | 1 28oz Jar Spaghetti Sauce (or 1 qt) |
| 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley, chopped | 1 16oz Can Diced Tomatos |
| 2 tsp Minced Garlic | 1 6oz Can Tomato Paste |
| 1 Small Onion, chopped |
In a mixing bowl combine beef, bread crumbs. parsley, garlic, onion, and egg. Shape the mixture into 1 1/2inch meatballs.
IN a slow cooker mix the spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, and tomato Paste. Place meatballs in the sauce mixture and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Serve with pasta or on hogies for a delicious meatball sandwich!
