(serve on Hogie Buns with Provolone Cheese)
|1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef||1 Egg, beaten|
|1 1/4 Cups Italian Bread Crumbs||1 28oz Jar Spaghetti Sauce (or 1 qt)|
|1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley, chopped||1 16oz Can Diced Tomatos|
|2 tsp Minced Garlic||1 6oz Can Tomato Paste|
|1 Small Onion, chopped|
In a mixing bowl combine beef, bread crumbs. parsley, garlic, onion, and egg. Shape the mixture into 1 1/2inch meatballs.
IN a slow cooker mix the spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, and tomato Paste. Place meatballs in the sauce mixture and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Serve with pasta or on hogies for a delicious meatball sandwich!
