1 Lb Ground Beef | 1 Cup Shredded Cheese |
3 Tbsp (or 1 pkg) Taco Seasoning | 1 Avocado, sliced |
1 Can Black Beans, drained and Rinsed | 1 Medium Tomato |
1 Head Lettuce | Tortilla Chips or Taco Salad Bowl, optional |
In a medium skillet cook beef over medium high heat until brown. Drain off excess liquid. Add taco seasoning and water called for on the seasoning package. Add black beans to ground beef and cook until heated through. Divide tortilla chips amoung 6 plates and layer remaining ingredients: Ground beef mixture, lettuce, cheese, avocado, and tomato. Top with sour cream and salsa or your favorite salad dressing.
