1 lb ground beef or pork | 2 pieces carrots chopped |
2 stalks of celery chopped | 1 small can water chestnuts |
2 eggs | 1 tsp ground pepper |
2 tsp salt | 1 tsp soy sauce |
60 pastry wrappers |
Combine ground beef and eggs in a medium skillet. Cook over medium high heat until no longer pink, season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and add celery, carrots, water chestnuts, and soy sauce. Allow meat the cool completely. At one end of pastry wrapper spoon 2 Tablespoons of the mixture and roll tightly. Brush both ends of wrapper with water to seal. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
