4 boneless Pork Chops | 1/2 c. Breadcrumbs |
2 packs of French Onion Soup Mix | 2 Eggs |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In one pan, crack eggs and beat it. In another mix together the breadcrumbs and soup mix. Coat pork chops with beaten egg, then with the breadcrumb mixture; coat both sides. Place pork chops on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping at 10 minutes.
