|Wonton Wrappers||4 Green Onions, chopped|
|Vegetable Oil for Frying||1/2 Can Water Chestnuts, chopped|
|1 8oz pkg Cream Cheese, softened||1 Tbsp Soy Sauce|
Mix cream cheese, green onions, water chestnuts and soy sauce. Place a small spoonful of cheese mixture and place in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fry in oil until golden brown. Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce or hot mustard.
