1 C Flour
1 C Milk
1/4 C Butter or Margarine
Melt the butter in a 9×13 cake pan in the oven while preheating to 350.
Beat other ingredients, pour into melted butter, then return to the oven to bake for 20-25 minutes.
If things went well, you should get a pan full of alpine peaks and valleys, and the peaks will turn golden brown when done.
Serve immediately topped with syrup or powdered sugar and lemon juice.
