Beat eggs and milk with an electric mixer for 5 minutes. Melt butter in ovenproof skillet. Add egg mixture, cook over medium heat until the bottom is brown and the top is beginning to set. Sprinkle with cheese. Transfer to oven and bake at 350 until eggs are cooked through. Meanwhile sauté green onions, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms and Natures Seasoning until tender. Place cooked vegetables on one side of completed omelet and carefully fold in half. Garnish with Avocado.
