18 c. Rolled Oats | 1 1/2 c. Butter, melted |
14oz. pkg. Coconut (optional) | 2 Tbs. Cinnamon |
3 c. Nuts (slivered almonds, pecans, whatever your favortie is) | 3 tsp. Salt |
1 1/2 c. Honey |
Mix together all ingredients. Spread on two cookie sheets. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes, turning every 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Add raisins if desired. Store in an air tight container.
