1 Pkg Ground Elk Meat (Or Beef) | Brown Rice (Optional) |

Cook meat in pan on medium low heat with your favorite seasoning, and cook brown rice if adding. Wash all vegetables, chop tomatoes, carrots, onions and cut avocado into small sections then set aside. Seperate lettuce leaves and set aside. Once meat and brown rice is cooked add them into the lettuce leaves and top with the vegetables. Serve and enjoy!
