Hawaiian Crepes

2 Eggs 1 Cup Flour
3 Tbsp Sugar (optional) Sliced Bananas
2 Tbsp Oil  Coconut Yogurt
1 1/3 Cup Milk Chopped Pecans and Coconut

Mix all ingredients in a blender until mixed well. Pour a small amount of batter onto a heated frying pan, turning the pan in a circular motion until the batter covers the bottom of the pan. Flip when the bottom is lightly browned. Fill coconut yogurt and bananas. Top with chopped nuts and shredded coconut.
