|2 Eggs||1 Cup Flour|
|3 Tbsp Sugar (optional)||Sliced Bananas|
|2 Tbsp Oil||Coconut Yogurt|
|1 1/3 Cup Milk||Chopped Pecans and Coconut|
Mix all ingredients in a blender until mixed well. Pour a small amount of batter onto a heated frying pan, turning the pan in a circular motion until the batter covers the bottom of the pan. Flip when the bottom is lightly browned. Fill coconut yogurt and bananas. Top with chopped nuts and shredded coconut.
