6 Bone-in Pork Chops | 1/2 lb Sliced Mushrooms |
6 Tbsp Sour Cream | Seasoning Salt |
1/2 Red Onion, sliced | 6 Slices Cheese (Pepperjack is my favorite) |
Preheat oven to 350.
Line a baking dish with pork chops. Sprinkle with Seasoning Salt. Top each pork chops with 1 tbsp sour cream. Layer sliced mushrooms and onions on each pork chop. Top with a slice of your favorite cheese.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until pork is cooked through.
