|6 Bone-in Pork Chops||1/2 lb Sliced Mushrooms|
|6 Tbsp Sour Cream||Seasoning Salt|
|1/2 Red Onion, sliced||6 Slices Cheese (Pepperjack is my favorite)|
Preheat oven to 350.
Line a baking dish with pork chops. Sprinkle with Seasoning Salt. Top each pork chops with 1 tbsp sour cream. Layer sliced mushrooms and onions on each pork chop. Top with a slice of your favorite cheese.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until pork is cooked through.
