24 Tomatoes, peeled, diced/pureed | 1 C Brown Sugar |
10 Onions | 1/4 C Salt |
4 C Bell Peppers | 1 tsp. Allspice |
2 C Sugar | 1 tsp. Cloves |
2 C Apple Cider Vinegar | 2 tsp. Cinnamon |
Put in roasting pan in oven at 325-350 degrees. Cook until consistency you want in reached. About 4-5 hours. Stir a couple of times. Makes 12 Pints
