Green Tomato Salsa

5 C Chopped Green Tomatoes 1 Tbsp Cumin
1 1/2 C Seeded, Chopped Long Green Chiles 3 Tbsp Oregano
1 Bunch Cilantro 1 Tbsp Pepper
1/2 C Seeded Chopped Jalapenos 1 Tbsp Salt
4 C Chopped Onions
1 C Lime Juice
6 Cloves Garlic

Combine al ingredients into a pot. Stir until it boils. Simmer for 20 minutes. Ladle into hot jars. Process boil water canner 25 minues.
