(Serve with Grilled Mushrooms)
2 Sirloin Steaks | 1 tsp Fresh thyme, snipped |
Salt and Pepper | Cherry Tomatoes, Broiled |
2 Tbsp Horseradish | Sweet Peppers, Broiled |
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard | |
2 tsp Italian Parsley, snipped |
Preheat broiler or grill. Season steaks with salt and pepper. Cook 6-8 minutes. Meanwhile combine horseradish, mustard, parsley, and thyme. Turn steaks. Continue cooking until nearly done. Top with horseradish mixture during the last minute of cooking. Serve with broiled tomatoes and peppers.
