From “101 Things to do with a Tortilla”
| 1/2 Cup Chopped Green onion | 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomato |
| 2 Tbsp Butter | 1 4oz Can Green Chilies, drained |
| 8 Eggs | 1 Cup crushed Tortilla Chips |
| 1 Cup Milk | 1 Sliced Avacado |
Saute onion in butter. Mix eggs and milk, pour into pan. Scramble over medium heat until eggs are set. Add tomato and green chilies, cook 3 minutes more. Stir in tortilla chips. Garnish with Avacodo.
