4 Eggs | 2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon |
1 can (29oz) LIBBY’S Solid Pack Pumpkin | 1 tsp. Ground Ginger |
1 1/2 c. Granulated Sugar | 1/2 tsp. Ground Cloves |
1 tsp. Salt | 2 cans (12fl.oz.each) undiluted CARNATION Evaporated Milk |
Preheat Oven: 425
Prepare Pie shells (2 unbaked 9inch deep dish)
Beat eggs lightly in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients in oreder given. Pour into pie shells.
Bake for 15 min. at 425 degrees. Reduce temp. to 350. Bake for 40-50 min. or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
If using metal or foil pans, bake on preheated heavy-duty sheet.
