1 lb Ground Beef | 1/2 tsp Oregano |
1 Onion, chopped | 1/2 Cup Minute Rice |
1 14oz Can Tomato Sauce | 1 tsp Sugar |
1 6oz Can Tomato Paste | 3 Tbsp Taco Seasoning |
Brown ground beef. Add onion and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over crushed tortilla chips.
Double the batch and freeze, or serve the second day for lunch in tortillas.
