(Serve with Parmesan Broccoli)
6 (1/2 inch think) pork chops1 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp butter |
1 Onion, Chopped
1 (10oz) can cream of onion soup |
In Skillet, brown pork chops in oil, simmer 10 minutes and place pork chops in a greased shallow baking pan. In same skillet add butter and sauté chopped onion. Add onion soup and ½ cup water and stir well. Pour onion-soup mixture over pork chops. Cover, bake at 325 F for 40 minutes. Serve over brown rice.
