3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 cans low-fat cream of chicken soup 4 oz. can chopped green chilies 1 tsp. cumin ½ tsp. salt ¼ tsp. pepper ¼ tsp. garlic salt |
GARNISH
White rice Crumbled tortilla chips Chopped tomatoes Sliced avocado Washed & dried cilantro sprigs |
Combine all main dish ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low 6-8 hours then shred chicken with a fork in sauce. Spoon over bowls of steamed white rice (prepare as directed) and garnish with crumbled tortilla chips and veggies
