2 lbs Strawberries | 1/2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice |
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Wash and dry strawberries thoroughly. Remove the tops of the strawberries and cut them into 4 pieces lengthwise, as shown in picture. Place the strawberries into a bowl and lightly toss with lemon juice. Using a non-stick spray evenly coat two cookie sheets. Place the sliced strawberries on a cookie sheet. Bake at 200 degrees for apx. 4 hours, flipping them at 2 hours. Allow to cool and enjoy!
